Frequently asked questions
I don't feel comfortable in improv, can I participate?
Yes, our improv activities are really easy, ZERO, improv experience required. NADA!
You will be in a safe environment with a small, supportive group.
What should be my level in English?
Our session are for upper-beginner (A2) to intermediate (B2).
Not sure about your level, book a level assessment with me by zoom : Choose date for a 15 min chat
Will I have enough time to speak?
We keep our group very small : Min 5 people and max 10 people for drop'in.
If you want sessions more you can consult our weekends intensives or 3-month program.
How to pay?
You can pay through e-transfer Interact at griottespolyglottes@gmail.com or online by credit card.
Can I change my mind, even if I have paid already?
It depends on when you change your mind.
100% Refund if you cancel 72 hours before the session.
100% Credit for a next class if you cancel within 72 hours.
No refund or credit if the class has started.
Are there online sessions?
There isn't online session for Improv for English learners.

Are there one-on-one sessions?
Unfortunately we do not offer sessions in private. Our sessions are made for groups, to build your habit to interact with other people in English. And it's sooo much fun when we are together :)
Is there a place to park at the venue?
Yes, there is underground free parkade starting at 5 pm.
Otherwise you can park in the street and use the "pay by phone" apps to pay. Limited to 2 hours.
